Induction
Programme for New Employees
New employees usually
resume into an induction programme. In this programme,
inductees are formally welcomed into the Hasal family,
exposed to the cultures and values of the Bank. Thereafter,
are deployed into various departments and branches.
The programme provides a smooth integration for new
employees as it removes alienation.
The
Courses
Induction covers all
aspects of banking, which will be taught to the new
employees with emphasis on the rules and regulations
contained in the HR Policy/Procedures. Also, information
on Hasal and the need for constant self-development
amongst staff is conveyed. |
